PSA26 Volunteer Opportunity 

We are looking for Conference Ambassadors to help with the smooth running of this prestigious three day event. And in exchange for volunteering we will provide free conference attendance and cover out of pocket daily expenses. By volunteering you could save up to £240 (the standard non-member concessionary conference rate) .

Conference Ambassadors assist with various tasks across the three days, and receive a complimentary conference ticket and can attend panel sessions/roundtables/keynote presentations and events when not involved in a particular task. Conference Ambassadors receive up to a daily £50 reimbursement for out of pocket expenses such as food, refreshments, and travel expenses as per our expenses policy. Expenses are covered for each day of volunteering.

Examples of the volunteer tasks you might be doing include:

• Helping with conference and/or exhibitors set up
• Assisting in the Registration Area, e.g. checking in conference delegates
• Supporting allocated panel rooms, including facilitating presenters’ slides (guidance will be provided for this)
• Helping with the setup of events such as the PSA AGM, Keynotes, Conference Drinks, Prize Giving ceremony
• Helping to take down/pack up conference on 1 April
