Diverse Voices PhD Student Programme

This year the programme is led by Dr Heather Alberro, Dr Aleida Borges and Dr Roula Nezi and supported by the PSA’s Diversity & Projects Officer, Joan McDappa. 

 

Why and how do we continue to support ‘Diverse Voices’ in Political Studies? 

We find from recent HESA data and the PSA/BISA study that there continues to be a significant ethnic and gender disparity within our discipline. We need your help to change this. We are committing ourselves to welcoming diverse voices into Political Studies. We believe that academia is stronger when diverse voices are researching politics, articulating political values, and teaching the next generation that politics has space for everyone. 

With your help, the PSA can support Diverse Voices initiatives. Here is how you can share your gifts, time, or talents:
