Demystifying and navigating early career academia
Building on the success of the last two years' events, the PSA's Early Career Network (ECN) is delighted to announce its third annual Demystifying event, which will take place on Tuesday the 5th of March 2019 at the University of Manchester.
Early on, future career paths and internal processes in academia can often be opaque and confusing. As such, Demystifying will open the lid on topics ranging from the academic interview process to deciphering REF. Central to all sessions will be an attention to issues of equality and diversity and how to make academia more inclusive.
Funds will be available to cover travel for Early Career Academics and PhDs who are PSA members. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a form.
