On introducing the revised policy on Open Access, RCUK committed to a number of independent reviews during the transition period (five years from the policy being introduced) to monitor the implementation of the policy and provide advice where needed. They issued a call for evidence for the first of these reviews. 

The Political Studies Association has now submitted evidence to the Independent Review of  the Implementation of RCUK Policy on Open Access.
