It is with a heavy heart that we write to inform you of the passing of Professor John Peterson, editor of the British Journal of Politics and International Relations (BJPIR).
John passed away suddenly at home over the weekend. This is a terrible shock for all of us in the profession. Our hearts go out to his partner Elizabeth and his two sons as well as all of his colleagues at the University of Edinburgh.
Over the coming weeks, the PSA will consider the best way to honour his years of service to the PSA and the profession.
