The Political and Constitutional Reform Committee will publish its Fifth Report of Session 2014-15 on Revisiting the Cabinet Manual (HC 233) at 00.01 hours on Monday 2 February 2015.

The Report will be available, on the day of publication, as a PDF document, from 00.01 hours on the Committee’s website here.
