COMMUNICATIONS AND MEDIA OFFICER (Full-time)

Salary range £28,000 – £32,000 p.a.

The UK Political Studies Association (PSA) is seeking to appoint a new Communications and Media Officer to its team. The role will involve working within a small and friendly team at our offices in central London.

The Political Studies Association is the largest learned society in Europe dedicated to the study of politics boasting a membership of around 2,000 individuals. Since its creation in 1950 we have promoted the intellectual, social and public value of the study of politics. As a result, British expertise on politics is recognised around the world for its scholarly quality, its openness and – most of all – for its ability to bridge both ‘politics in theory’ and ‘politics in practice’.

The successful candidate for this position will have some experience in a similar role including website content management and media relations. An interest in politics and a degree in a relevant subject are also essential.
