2015 APSA Teaching and Learning Conference

The 12th Annual APSA Teaching and Learning Conference is being held in Washington, DC, in January 2015 with the theme: "Innovations and Expectations for Teaching in the Digital Era". The conference will focus on the challenges and opportunities of teaching in the digital age.
The PSA is offering £850 to help with the costs of attending to one member who is presenting a paper at the conference by way of an increased Overseas Travel Grant.
The grant will be offered on a conditional basis that both a short news item for PSA News and a more substantial report are produced on the latest Teaching and Learning Conference discussions and theories. The report, which the Association will publish on its website, would need to be of use and value to researchers in this field. The report may also be something that could be presented during a Teaching and Learning Specialist Group panel at the PSA’s 2015 Annual Conference.
More information about the conference and how to submit a paper is online here. All paper or workshop proposals must be submitted by 20 October to be considered for participation.
The usual PSA overseas grant and applications guidelines and conditions apply and are outlined online here. For more information, please contact James Ludley at the PSA.
