Call for a New Editorial team for the PSA's Political Studies Review Journal

The Political Studies Association (PSA) is looking for a new editorial team to lead Political Studies Review, one of its four peer-reviewed journals.

Political Studies Review has an established reputation for publishing internationally excellent research and seeking to stimulate debates within political studies. The journal currently publishes a wide range of submissions, including original research articles, ‘early results’, symposia of short pieces, ‘null hypothesis’ and review articles. It also publishes book reviews (online only).

This is an exciting opportunity for a new team of editors to build and develop both the journal’s reputation and their own research or scholarship profiles.

The PSA will provide appropriate financial and other support to the editorial team.

The closing date for applications is Friday 7 June 2024. We anticipate conducting interviews later in June with a view to making the appointment as soon as possible thereafter. The successful applicants will begin a handover with the current editorial team in September 2024 before taking the helm on 1 January 2025.
