The Committee will take evidence from the Minister for Europe about the current situation in Gibraltar, including the relationship between the UK and Gibraltar; how the UK represents Gibraltar’s interests internationally; and the recent maritime and border disputes between Gibraltar and Spain. This session follows an evidence session the Committee held in Gibraltar with Gibraltar’s Chief Minister, The Hon Fabian Picardo MP on 5 March 2014, as well as an evidence session the Committee held with the FCO Minister responsible for the Overseas Territories, Mark Simmonds MP, on the Overseas Territories on 17 December 2013.
