Letter to Council of Higher Education (Turkey) on freedom of speech in academic institutions

The PSA has written a letter to the Council of Higher Education, Turkey (COHE) on the recent treatment of academics in Turkey who were threatened, detained and investigated for using their right to freedom of expression.
