The Political Studies Association (PSA) is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Professor David Denver. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time.

Professor Denver was an Emeritus Professor at Lancaster University, known for his distinguished career as a psephologist. His extensive research and publications on elections and voters in Britain have had a lasting impact on the field. David’s contributions to the profession were significant; he served multiple terms as an elected trustee of the PSA and played a vital role in convening the PSA’s specialist group, Elections, Public Opinion and Parties (EPOP).
