We are delighted to bring you this new opportunity – exclusive to PSA Members – to help fund research and digital engagement projects.

We know that the current crisis has made doing some research and engagement work more challenging with sources of funding drying up and physical gatherings being infeasible. The PSA trustees have, therefore, decided to direct our resources to create this new fund which PSA Members can apply for to fund projects being completed in 2021 up to the value of £2000. Applications are particularly welcomed from early and mid-career scholars and also from collaborations with or between PSA Specialist Groups, Teaching and Learning Network, and Early Career Network.

More information on the application and assessment progress can be found here.

Our CEO Michelle Doyle WIldman will be assessing applications alongside PSA Trustees: Yvonne Galligan (Honorary Treasurer), Arianna Giovanini (Specialist Group Lead) and Andy Mycock (Research & Impact Lead). We are aiming to let everyone know of the outcome of the process in Early December (with funding claims will be processed in accordance with the PSA’s expenses policy).

We look forward to receiving your applications by noon on 20th November 2020.
