Newcastle University will be hosting two upcoming ESRC-funded workshops (grant ES/J01186X/1) on integrating quantitative methods into an undergraduate politics module: the first one, to be held 20-21 May, will focus on American politics; the second, to be held 27-28 May, will focus on British politics. Participants in these workshops will generate teaching materials aimed at helping lecturers and seminar leaders engage students with quantitative methods in their American and British politics modules. The workshops would benefit from the participation of those with both quantitative and qualitative skills. Lecturers, teaching fellows or postgraduates with teaching experience are all welcome to attend. The cost of your travel  will be covered as well as accommodaton and meals during your stay.

Please email Emily.Clough@ncl.ac.uk if you are interested in attending.
