We are pleased to invite nominations for this year's W.J.M. Mackenzie Book Prize.

Now entering into its 34th year, the prestigious PSA's Mackenzie Prize is awarded annually to the best book published in political science. We are now accepting nominations for books published in the 2019 calendar year.

Last year’s winner was Manufacturing Political Trust (Cambridge University Press) by Professor Christina Boswell.

Nominations may be received from publishers, PSA Specialist Groups, heads of department and by self-nomination (with the support of three additional PSA members).

Nominations should be submitted digitally in the first instance using the nomination form and accompanied by a one-page supporting statement. Applicants will be required to submit four copies of their nominated title once nominations close in order to confirm their nomination.
