To mark the 20th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement, the Political Studies Association teamed up with a range of academics to examine it’s legacy. Each academic was given 20 seconds to give their opinion on the agreement and its aftermath. In this video, Feargal Cochrane discusses the legacy of squaring the circle of conflicting identities in Northern Ireland.

Professor Feargal Cochane is a Professor of International Conflict Analysis – Deputy Head of School and Director of the Conflict Analysis Research Centre. He is also the current Vice-Chair of the PSA.
