The Political Studies Association celebrated our 70th Anniversary with an Annual Lecture on Wednesday 25th November presented by Pippa Norris, the Paul F. McGuire Lecturer in Comparative Politics at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, and Director of the Electoral Integrity Project.

Pippa delivered a lecture on the subject of "The 2020 US Elections and the Future of American Democracy" which highlighted both the short term risks during the presidential transistion and longer term structural issues facing American political institutions.

The event was chaired by the journalist and broadcaster Huw Edwards who introduced Pippa and chaired the question and answer session. PSA members were provided with the opportunity to ask Pippa questions following her lecture.
