#BecauseTheInternet Early Career Network Annual Conference

We at the Political Studies Association's Early Career Network (ECN) are pleased to announce our first-ever virtual conference, bringing together PhD students and other early career reaserchers (3-years post viva) to network, to present their research, to receive feedback, and to engage in a number of our up-skilling workshops.

The conference will be held between the 13th and 24th of July (2020) and will follow the content delivery approach. All presentations and papers will go live on this website from the 13th, giving participants two-weeks to comment, leave feedback, and discuss. Only participants will be able to see and comment on the conference content.

Participants will have the special benefit of viewing a keynote address by Pippa Norris, one of the world’s most prominent political science researchers, on the topic of ‘Pandemics, Populists and Skeptical Trust’. We’re thrilled to have her involved!

The call for papers has now closed and with over 100 submissions we're looking forward to the largest ECN Annual Conference yet!
