CLOSED - Is British Politics Broken?
The Political Studies Association and the Financial Times are pleased to announce the launch of our New School Blog Competition.
We're seeking creative and forward thinking ideas from 16-19 year olds in this joint competition to find the best political blog. Students from across the UK are invited to write 500-600 words by Friday 31st May (12:00noon GMT) on 'Is British Politics Broken?' Students should aim to demonstrate excellent writing skills; presenting a well reasoned argument, individuality and where appropriate backing up their arguments with relevant data and research.
We are proud to launch this competition in partnership with the Financial Times as part of its Education programme, which offers free digital subscription to 16-19 year-olds in full-time education and to their teachers across the world. This launch coincides with the Political Studies Association's new offer of membership for Schools. School Membership costs £25 per year which allows up to 10 teachers and staff members, at the same institution, to access our membership benefits.
The winning blog will be published on the FT, the PSA Blog and printed in the PSA's magazine Political Insight. More details about winning articles will be released soon.
