We invite you to apply for our trinational MA in “European Studies”.

The Master’s degree is a collaboration between the Department of Political Science at the University of Mainz (Germany), the Department of Political Science of the Uniwersytet Opolski (Poland) and the Faculty for Law and Political Science of the Université de Bourgogne (France). The Europamaster gives the opportunity to study and live Europe!

The postgraduate programme provides participants with specialised knowledge about European cultures and societies (Opole), European politics (Mainz) and European law (Dijon). Furthermore, students acquire intensive personal “European” experience by studying and living together in three European countries.

There are no tuition fees. Students may obtain funding from the DFH, the DAAD and through the Erasmus+ programme. Moreover, after successfully completing the programme, you receive national degrees from three universities.

The degree is a genuine trinational MA in European Studies: Together with your fellow students, you study your first semester in Opole (Poland), the second semester in Mainz (Germany) and the third semester in Dijon (France). Only for the final semester, dedicated to an obligatory internship, the writing of a master’s thesis and the final exam, students may separate, depending on where they do their internships, theses, and exams.
