The PSA now has meeting rooms available to hire with discount rates available for members. Please contact the PSA Office regarding availability and bookings. Further details are available in our Terms & Conditions document.


The facilities will normally be available from 09.00 to 17.30hrs, Monday to Friday. The booking session arrangements are as follows:

  • Half days consist of 4.0 hours, i.e. between 09.00 and 13.00 or after 13.00. 
  • Full day hire is for an 8-hour period, i.e. between 09.00 – 17.30. 
  • There can be no ad-hoc extensions to room hire without prior agreement. Additional charges may be incurred if use of the room goes beyond agreed times. 
  • Access or bookings requiring access before 09.00 or up to 18.00 can be accommodated with sufficient notice and access will be possible 15 minutes before the meeting start time.



Checking room availability, making bookings and upfront online payment will shortly be available via Skeeda. In the meantime, please contact the PSA office directly to make a booking and arrange payment.
