That's a wrap for PSA24!
Thank you to all those who took part in this year's Annual Conference in Glasgow. It was an amazing three days, with over 700 delegates enjoying a packed programme of panels, special events and keynote presentations. We have shared the photos from this wonderful event (get in touch if you haven't seen them!) and we look forward to welcoming many of you next year to PSA25 in Birmingham!
The full conference brochure, with details about: registration, conference venues; events and publishing highlights; places to eat, drink and enjoy in Glasgow - and more - can be found here. You can find the programme of panels which took place on each day here.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
We thank our lead partners, SAGE Publishing for their sponsorship of this event, which will explore whether current or alternative approaches can address the equity, economic and ecological challenges facing liberal democracy.
The convening team will be led by Head of School of Government & Public Policy, Professor Anthony McGann at the university. He said: “We look forward to welcoming you to the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow to participate in a dynamic and thought-provoking conference that will critically examine the limitations and possibilities of (neo-) liberalism, and to consider whether there are new pathways and strategies for addressing the pressing issues of our time.”
The Chair of the PSA, Dr Rose Gann, added: “On behalf of the PSA, I warmly thank Anthony, Mark and the team at Strathclyde for convening this flagship conference. These important questions concern every branch of Politics and International Relations and, as the home of Adam Smith, Glasgow is a fitting venue for our community to come together to consider the viability and vitality of liberal democracy.”

This year's conference, taking place at the University of Strathclyde, is fully in-person attendance.
