Accommodation options for delegates
Each delegate is responsible for arranging their own accommodation and travel. The PSA does not ordinarily provide accommodation for conference delegates.
Oxford is a well located city that has ample accommodation in and around the main centre, and surrounding areas. It’s also well connected by train, coach or car to London. Oxford is a popular tourist destination which is reflected in the price of accommodation, although it does boast a selection of university halls accommodation, hostels, hotels and airbnbs that will suit a range of budgets.

St Hilda’s College accommodation – budget friendly hall accommodation situated 12 minutes from the conference hub: single ensuite rooms available at £120 per night, or twin ensuites at £153.60 per night, both on a bed and breakfast basis. Use the link to create a profile on their booking system to view room options: Delegates will need to enter PSA2026 when asked to enter a booking code to enjoy the rates above.
- Wadham College accommodation – there are rooms available for delegates to book located right in the centre of town, just a short stroll from the conference hub, with a range of single or twin occupancy that ranges in price. All rooms come with bed and breakfast. Delegates can use the PSA2026 when searching and booking accommodation.
